One thing to note, brushing and flossing is still the best way to clean and strengthen your teeth. Drinking milk and not brushing will leave you with thick saliva that can cause milk breath. That’s just as bad as garlic breath.

Think of a glass of milk as a supplement to your daily brushing and flossing routine. 

Since overall health is related to oral health, the best way to keep your whole body in a good shape is to eat healthy food.

Instead of drinking cola why not substitute it for at least one glass of cold milk? Instead of the usual pizza why not broccoli in a vegetable dish?
